What is Coronavirus?

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus.

Giloy is an herb that is important in Ayurveda and is considered the queen of herbs. Giloy is also known as the Heart-Leaked Moonseed. It has been used in Ayurveda for centuries to treat various diseases. In Sanskrit, Giloy is known as ‘Amrita’, which literally means ‘root of immortality’, due to its abundant medicinal properties.

Take some water in the frypan that you want to drink and some pieces of giloy, washed it properly now add the pieces of giloy in the water and boiled this water at least 10 minutes and when it comes to normal temperature drink this water daily at least 5 glass a day. #MUSTARD OIL AND PEEPAL LEAF

Take 1 cup mustard oil in the frypan and one washed peepal leaf now heat the oil at least 5 minutes and remove the leaf from oil when it comes to normal temperature now stored this oil in the small bottle.

Now take 4-5 drops of oil in the clean hand, rub your hands and massage your face and nose properly and also massage your arms and neck. It’s a great medicine it protects you from virus and keeps your body healthy.

Lemon can help in weight loss and reduce the risk of heart disease, anemia, kidney stones, digestive issues, and cancer.

take a cup of water in the frypan and boil it by adding garnished ginger, after boiling add half lemon in the tea. This tea helps safe from diseases and dangerous viruses. Lemon also freshens your breath, boosts your immunity, improves your skin, and helps with digestion with many other benefits. Ginger works as a detoxifier, which helps remove unwanted chemicals from your body. It is also known to improve digestion, suppress your appetite, and keep off your metabolism throughout the day.

 

#EXERCISE DAILY IN THE MORNING

-Exercise is the main part of our life for a fit and healthy body. we all need to do exercise daily for at least 20 minutes early in the morning but still, some people don’t do exercise daily. Exercise is any physical activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and well-being. Exercise helps to maintain the blood pressure and improving our immune system, it makes our body strong from inside and outside.

when our body is fit and healthy from outside and inside then no virus can affect our body easily. so, for staying safe from viruses and disease exercise is too much important. Exercise is the best way to make yourself fit and healthy, so do exercise daily for at least 20 minutes early in the morning and stay healthy and safe.

1. Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.
2. Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexible elbow when you cough or sneeze.
3. Avoid close contact with unhealthy people (1 meter or 3 feet).
4. If you feel unwell then stay away from other people in the house.

Don’t

1. If your hands are not clean then touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

2. Eat fast food and go out.
